ORBS in our midst

These pictures were taken from my driveway  on January 22, 2014 at about 4.15 PM. The sky seemed weird that afternoon. There was some haze, but the strange part was those rainbows which completely encircled the sun. There were 2 or 3 concentric rainbow circles and a halo around the sun.

I felt that I had to have a picture of this unusual sky and used my HTC phone camera to capture it. Upon entering the house I decided to show my wife. What I saw left me in awe.

The first shot revealed a bright green ball of light on the garbage bin across the street two houses away. The second shot showed the light rising into the sky. This was not the sun's reflection on the lens. The object was too bright and the glow was visible.

I could not explain why I did not see it there with my naked eyes. Could the light ball only have been seen in a specific wave length or dimension? Is it proof that there are unknown objects among us that we cannot see or other dimensions in our midst?
